Responsible Polite service is 100% on point , went in today with my oldest, he wanted to purchase a game I gave him permission to buy, and the staff, checked with me prior to him purchasing on his own due to its rating. Also were polite and respectful to us both about it. Well done to the staff and store

Excellent everything. From customer service to stock availability to trade in ease to buying experience. Everything is amazing. I recently bought a Switch OLED from them. The buying experience was awesome. I wanted to trade in my old device but wanted to transfer data. The lady sold me the OLED and guaranteed that when I'm done with the transfer, i can return and receive the full trade in price i would have gormt had i traded straight away. Top notch service. 10/10.

Eb games or zing is great for collectables, accessories or consoles but not so much for buying games as they have higher prices! Better to go to big w, jb-HIFI or Harvey Norman for games as they’re $20 or more cheaper!
